At Configure Recruitment we use Previsor Talent Management as a way of testing your technical capabilities on a range of IT applications.
Each assessment is fully interactive and designed to simulate the real environment in which you would be working.
Each test includes functions at basic, intermediate and advanced skill levels, so we are able to build a picture of your level of competency.
These tests, in combination with our face-to-face interview, enable us to make more accurate assessments as to your suitability for specific roles.
