Most importantly and from the outset, we will be totally open with you. Contrary to what you may have experienced elsewhere, we will always meet you before introducing you to an employer. We provide you with full written details of every project we discuss with you, including company name, job description and salary.
And we never forward your CV to an employer without your prior knowledge and consent.
We will look after your interests throughout the recruitment process – from ensuring you understand your legal rights regarding data privacy and information, to providing you with detailed feedback and advice following interviews, with tips for the future where appropriate.
We can also act on your behalf as the discreet middleman when negotiating an offer. For more junior candidates, we provide help with writing your CV and coaching on interview techniques.
